Genhawk provides long-term, integrated, specialist day and residential care for adults with Autism and learning difficulties. They company has two bases, Goldcrest House in Goole and Sovereign House in Barnsley. Genhawk provides individualised services for all those using our services and seeks to create successful placements for a range of unique individuals, including those with Autism and Learning Disabilities and those with a history of behaviours that have challenged services. Potential service users who do not have a diagnosis of autism but who would benefit from a living and developing environment that has been designed to cater for those with autism will also be considered for admission. The company is dedicated to supporting, extending and developing each person’s skills throughout their time with us and providing opportunities to develop and practice community presence. The company is committed to a person centred planning approach and sees the individual’s personal outcomes as the key measure of effectiveness, with a permanent in house Reflexologist / Masseur and Programme Facilitator.
