Independent Referral Service is a FREE and CONFIDENTIAL SERVICE and specialises in finding suitable and affordable placements throughout the UK for young people who may need Residential Care.

IRS is also aware that due to the Spending Review announcements, that Local Authorities are having to make saving in Children’s Service Budgets and Placements now start from as little as £1715.00 a week.

IRS objective is to ensure that all Service Users have regular updates of the quality placements that are on offer from Independent Providers who may never come to your attention. This gives you the opportunity of greater choice and enables you to find a placement for a young person with just one telephone call.

I have personally visited homes, and met with owners, managers and staff and an I.R.S. Evaluate Report has been completed for each home. Statement of Purposes, OFSTED reports and all valuable information is held on file for a fast response for any referrals you may be working on.
