Footsteps is a residential home that its owners have over 40 years experience between them from Managers to Head of Care and is based in Central England with good railway and motor way links. They have worked to the high standards of Level 4 Children’s and Young People Registered Managers Award. The home is set in nearly 40 acres of land and can take a maximum of 3 young people of either gender, aged from 13 to 17 years of age. Footsteps is carefully designed so that is conducive to promoting self-motivation in effecting positive change. Footsteps aim is to address the needs of the young people in a sensitive, structured and consistent way. They work with individuals on a one to one basis and also within a group setting, encouraging growth, responsibility and conformity in addition to empowering them to achieve a healthy lifestyle; staying safe whilst enjoying life.
