The Beaufort Project

The Beaufort Project has 3 homes based in Bournemouth and they provide high quality residential care for young people aged 8 – 17 with moderate learning difficulties, complex emotional needs and those who display inappropriate sexual behaviour. Their approach centres on developing individual relationships with Young People promoting there inclusion. They are community based and are local to all amenities, schools and transport links. They believe in providing a non-punitive, anti oppressive environment and all staff are very passionate and committed to providing a positive experience in care and achieving a positive outcome in our young people’s lives and all new staff undertake NVQ3 in Child Care and the Management Team are all NVQ4. The management team are qualified and experienced in Residential Provision and comprehensive risk management.
